Alhamdulillah, today’s Sweet Da’wah event from 3pm to 5pm was a beautiful blend of joy, teamwork, and purpose!

We had over 40 participants – boys, girls, mums, dads – all united by one goal: to celebrate Eid and share its sweetness with our neighbours.

The energy was amazing as we built a mini production line:

One team assembled the bags,

Another added the ingredient labels,

Then came the sweets,

Followed by colourful celebration cards,

And finally, we had the artistic hands making beautiful sweet trays!

After the prep, kids – accompanied by adults – went door to door, knocking with a smile, saying “We’re celebrating Eid!” and offering sweets to neighbours. It was Da’wah in its sweetest form!

But this wasn’t just about sweets.

It was leadership.

It was teamwork.

It was business skills, planning, advertising, communication… all wrapped in one!

I witnessed shy kids begin the day hesitant to speak – by the end, they were confidently chatting with neighbours. Some started off a bit distracted, but ended up being some of the strongest team players.

And SubhanAllah… some of them were asking questions about efficiency and safety like they were experienced organisers!

Today we didn’t just make 500–600 bags of sweets.

We made 500–600 bags full of heavenly rewards.

I genuinely saw growth – in our children and in our community.

May Allah accept from all of you and reward every hand that contributed.

Let’s keep the sweetness going – in our homes, our hearts, and our Da’wah.
